Tunde Farkas (TBD) , MD
Dr. Tunde Farkas is a pathologist affiliated with the Temple
University Hospital. She received her medical degree from the
University of Debrecen Medical and Health Science Center, and has been
practicing medicine for over 21 years. She is one of twelve doctors
at Temple University Hospital who specialize in pathology.

Nirag Jhala (TBD) , MD
Dr. Nirag Jhala is the Director of Anatomic Pathology and
Director of Cytopathology at Temple University Hospital.
Dr. Jhala received his medical degree from Gujarat University.
He specializes in pathology and has been in practice for over
20 years. His expertise in pathology is of great help to this
project.

Iyad Obeid (Associate Professor) , PhD
Dr. Iyad Obeid is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer
Engineering in the Temple University College of Engineering, and is
jointly appointed to the Department of Bioengineering. He is also
co-Director of the Neural Engineering Data Consortium. His expertise
is in brain machine interfaces and provides extensive knowledge on
digital pathology and machine learning.

Yuri Persidsky (TBD) , MD
Dr. Yuri Persidsky is a surgical pathologist,
a chairperson of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory
Medicine, and a Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at
Temple University's School of Medicine. His research interests focus
on neurocognitive disorders caused by HIV-1, alcohol, and
methamphetamine. His knowledge and expertise in pathology is essential
to the success of this project.

Joseph Picone (Professor) , PhD
Dr. Joseph Picone provides the overall coordination of the project
and is the contact PI. He currently directs the machine learning
aspects of the project. Dr. Picone is a Professor of Electrical and
Computer Engineering in the Temple University College of Engineering.
He is also co-Director of the Neural Engineering Data Consortium.
His expertise is in machine learning specifically in signal and image
processing applications such as speech recognition.
