Dr. Joseph Picone is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Temple University's College of Engineering. He is the head developer of the "Institute for Signal and Information Processing" (ISIP). Dr. Picone's expertise includes machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing.

Dr. Yaroslav Koshka is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Missippi State's James Worth Bagley College of Engineering. Koshka is also director of the NSF Program, with interests and extensive knowledge in Quantum Computing and its applications in Machine Learning as well as Nanoelectronics and nanomaterials for bio-medical applications.
