Accreditation
Our dialog system consists of five primary servers, namely the audio
server, speech recognizer, semantic parser, dialogue manager, and the
database backend. The semantic parser and the dialog manager were
originally developed by
The Center for Spoken Language
Research
at the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. Their project,
"CU
Communicator Spoken Dialog System,"
is an over-the-phone spoken dialog system for accessing airline/hotel
information. We have modified their servers to fit our In-Vehicle Dialog
System application. We would like to acknowledge the work done by CSLR
and thank
Dr. Wayne Ward
and his team for their contribution to our dialog system project.
