The European Telecommunications Standards
Institute (ETSI).
ETSI is a non-profit organization with a mission to produce the telecommunications standards that will be used for decades to come throughout Europe. Based in Sophia Antipolis, a technology research park in southern France, ETSI unites 789 members from 52 countries inside and outside Europe, and represents administrations, network operators, manufacturers, service providers, research bodies and users.
