Information for ASRU97 Authors

The workshop requests that ASRU97 authors provide the following items for inclusion in the workshop proceedings and web site. All items are due by November 1, 1997.

orange ball Submit two electronic copies of your paper. Click here for instructions on how to submit electronic version of your paper. This submission includes:
orange ball A postscript file that can be viewed under Unix using ghostview or another comparable postscript previewer
orange ball The wordprocessor source file (MS Words, Latex, Frame, WordPerfect)
orange ball Submit a camera-ready copy (hardcopy) of the paper. Your paper MUST conform to the specified proceedings format (note the 6" x 9" format). Click here for guidelines for preparing camera-ready papers. Sample papers in various formats are given below:
orange ball Postscript file
orange ball Latex style file, original Latex file, AND corrections to the original Latex file (download this one also for corrections to the original Latex file)
orange ball Submit a signed copyright form. Click here for a copy of the copyright form (Postscript)
orange ball Send the camera-ready paper and copyright form in an envelope marked ASRU97 manuscript to:

orange ball Submit an ASCII version of the abstract for inclusion in the conference web site. Click here for further instructions and an example of the format.
orange ball All paper submissions are poster presentations. Click here for instructions on the preparation of the poster.
orange ball Send email to asru97@cavs.msstate.edu if you have special audio-visual needs for your presentation (viewgraph machines will be provided).
