EXPERIMENT DESIGN
- Extract 12 mel frequency cepstral coefficients(MFCCs) for 30
phones from the Alphadigit corpus
- Apply LDA and DT based classification for a reduced set, i.e
on a two-class, two-dimensional problem
- Plot the decision regions obtained in the above experiment for
visualization purposes
- Apply LDA and DT techniques for all the phones (using all 12
features) and compute the closed and open loop errors
