However, I couldn't find the related material anywhere. All I found was a term called "Rational Belief Equilibria (RBE)" which is used in Economics. So I have to use "Belief networks" as my title instead of "Rational Belief networks". Belief network provides us a method to represent relationships between different variables using a network structure, The relationships could be uncertainty, unpredictability or imprecision. They may be learned automatically from data files, created by a user, or developed by a combination of the two. The belief network contains knowledge in a modular form that can be transported from one situation to another. it is a form people can understand, and which allows a clear visualization of the relationships involved. --Wu
