Moving on to level 2 all the possible reference strings are
compared with test utterance over the range of Level 2

Each time the top of Level 2 is reached then information about
the corresponding word,minimum cost and the corresponding
starting point for that word are stored

The same procedure is repeated for other levels till Level L is
reached

Back tracking is simple as we have enough information about the
words that have minimum cost and also their starting points for
various levels

If the number of levels and maximum of test utterance length is fixed
then the memory required is constant, however large the
vocabulary may be(Fixed memory technique)
