Eric Brown graduated form Auburn University with BSEE. He manages all Electronic Ballast Division product testing for and interaction with UL, CSA, FCC and ANSI. He also maintains extensive laboratory facilities for these purposes, supervises all testing, and maintains membership with and participates in industry standards organizations.

Anthony Mangiaracina graduated from University of South Alabama with BSEE. He manages Electronic Ballast Design which includes new product design and existing product maintenance. All designs must pass UL and FCC requirements along with satisfactory functional performance, life expectance, manufacturing requirements, and product production cost.
