   your business plan. The Company Summary should include as a minimum:

    summary paragraph
    name, trademark, website info
    legal entity/ownership
    location and facilities
    strategic plan with value proposition and competitive edge
    start up table and description

   The Product Description should include as a minimum

    detailed description
    competitive comparison
    sourcing and fulfillment
    technology
    future products
    sales literature
