The test data indicates that the design constraints were met.  The
results for on-line navigation show that the average line deviation is
0.165 cm, which is 74% below the design constraint.  Off-line
navigation exceeds the design constraint by 76%.  The robot measures
distances within 0.93% error, which is a 62.8% improvement over the
design constraint.  The cup-dropping results show that the robot
covers the LED candle 76% of the time.  The robot is able to complete
end-to-end trials for 90% of candle placements.  Software safeguards
will increase this number to 100%.
