This directory contains a variety of brochures describing our research programs. The Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems (CAVS) is the research center with which we are currently associated. This web site is devoted to a program known as Intelligent Electronic Systems (IES) which currently resides with the Human and Systems Engineering (HSE) thrust in CAVS. Prior to the formation of these organizations, we were known as the Institute for Signal and Information Processing (ISIP) and the Telecommunication and Information Technology Laboratory (TITL). Below is a list of brochures for these organizations (in alphabetical order):

• Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems (CAVS): A facility dedicated to the research of technology that impacts the automotive and transportation industries.
  
  
• Intelligent Electronic Systems (IES): An organization that combines research in communications, signal processing and electronics to produce highly-integrated intelligent systems.
  
  
• Institute for Signal and Information Processing (ISIP): A group dedicated to research and development of public domain speech and signal processing technology.

IES is uniquely positioned to solve real-world problems requiring multidisciplinary solutions and large-scale intelligent systems.
